Return Policy

                             At Sisters United by Love, each item is thoughtfully created with care and intention. Because many of our products are handmade or made-to-order, we ask that you review our policy below before making a purchase.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Returned with original packaging, if applicable

To start a return, please contact us at support@sistersunitedbylove.com with your order number.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or personalized items
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
