Clothing Return/Refund Policy:

All clothing items are made to order.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 15 calendar days of  your delivery date for a store credit. .   In order to be eligible for a refund we must received your item within 15 days of delivery date.  The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.  Once inspected without damage, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. 

              ***We Do Not Accept Returns, Refund or Exchange On Any Custom Item (please check all info before you complete the order). ***

Door Hangers Return/Refund Policy:

 We do our best to pack your items carefully but sometimes accidents happen during transit. Please reach out to info@sistersunitedbylove.com and send us photos of your broken item(s) along with your order number. This way we can verify the item and damage. We will re-send that item back  out to you.  If the item is no longer in stock we will work our best to make sure you are taken care.
